Most of you all dear South Africans don’t know much about this day you only know its a holiday you are going to have  lots of time to have fun, travel to see family and all but i don’t blame you that’s a black person’s mentality any holiday to him/her is for fun, traveling, working at the lands i bet even on REST DAY*a holiday am planning to invent and have it legalized by the government*  they still going to work hard, well it is in us hey what can i say *shoulder shrug*.Blame it on the ancestors.

OK!getting on with the point,Freedom Day is an annual celebration of South Africa’s first non-racial democratic elections of 1994. Peace, unity, the preservation and the restoration of human dignity and its celebrations are on the 27th of April of each year.

Today, the country celebrates Freedom Day to mark the liberation of the country and its people from a long period of colonialism and white minority domination – which means that they no longer have the situation in which political power is enjoyed and exercised by a minority of their population, to the exclusion of the majority, they are all equal now *50/50*.Freedom Day is not a ruling party’s day,but a day for all South Africans.

So i grant you this token of freedom and say: enjoy, drink *water, juices and cold drinks*,be safe, give free hugs *ONLY*and be merry (my line)..:)

Just to brief you about what this lady is about, well she just had her first album that sold out in only 72 hours last year *2011* everyone in Africa was going crazy about her even now she is still up the charts being noninated and all you can see she is under God’s favour. Her name is Bulelwa “Zahara” Mkutukana.Hailing from a rural town called Phumlani in the Eastern Cape,South Africa, the 23-year old acoustic guitarist, singer-songwriter and poet is so talented that some industry professionals are already seeing her as the answer to the late great Miriam Makheba*Hails from South Africa too*.This xhosa *a tribe in South Africa* young lady is very hard working i just love her,she is so humble and most of of all i love a GOD fearing woman.

So, the disturbing, paining news is about Zahara being exploited by her record label * * is one of the sides following the issue, apparently Zahara is being used to make money and does not get anything out of her hard work, the things that were promised to her and her family have not come to pass, well i don’t know if it is true or not because i was not there but i just pray to GOD that it is not true for the sake of peace and all because i love and respect her record label owner, i so love them, so this issues is between people that i love and i just want it solved soon so that we can all get on with our lives, and i would love to continue loving and respecting all people involved in this issue;May the LORD take control of this situation and protect the people involve in it in Jesus name i pray.Amen#sad for days
